Tang Shing-bor's Family and Stan Group Form Strategic Joint Ventures

to Manage Property Investment Portfolio with External Partnership

(26th June, 2018, Hong Kong) Stan Group (Holdings) Limited (“Stan Group”), a diversified asset operator and investment management conglomerate and Tang Shing-bor's Family, the renowned Hong Kong property magnate, have forged a new dynamic in the investment ecosystem through a strategic joint venture with external partnerships. The Joint venture and partnering approach reflects a desire on the part of both Stan Group and the Tang Shing-bor's Family to realise value creation within their extensive real estate portfolio, for the benefit of shareholders.
 
Tang Shing-bor's Family and Stan Group have initially contributed four properties, namely, Possehl Building in Tsuen Wan, San Hop Lane Properties, T-Plus and Success Centre to set up joint venture agreement with different external real estate partners in Q2 2018. In the case of San Hop Lane Properties, T-Plus and Success Centre, Stan Group and the Tang Shing-bor's Family will continue to lead the strategic planning and leasing of the three properties, and will manage the joint venture's day-to-day operations.
